Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Minimum pet age is 1 year.
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and spayed or neutered.
We do not allow reptiles of any kind.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300.
Pet deposit is $300.
One-time DNA charge of $45 per dog.
Monthly pet rent of $65 will be charged per pet, 50-90 pounds.
Monthly pet rent of $40 will be charged per pet, 0-49 pounds.
